Merritt was Amazing!! She listened to what we wanted in a home and made sure we got it. It was so hard since we were not able to come see the homes in person due to my husbands job in the military. She even helped us find a great local lender. She made sure to answer all of our questions as first time home buyers. She was the only one to fully explain the process to us and make sure we understood how all of it works. Best Realtor ever. We will be sure to use her again if/when we sell!

May I start by saying 1st what a Wonderful, Sincere and kind-hearted Soul Merritt Andersen Crawley is! The kind of person you would like representing you in buying your home, whether it be your first one or you're next one! My stress level was at an extreme high after losing my home to Hurricane Florence and not only was I feeling hopeless but little did I know that Merritt was working on my behalf unknowingly. I was taking turns living with my 2 older Sons and at the time was in New York. Merritt knowing my desire to own my own home reached out to me to let me know about a fabulous FHA loan. She truly plucked me from the pit and placed me in a most beautiful and light-filled townhome by the beach! At first, I was hesitant and extremely stressed out about trying to buy a home, especially for the fact that my Wonderful Son who is in the Navy, on the other side of the Country, was going to co-sign for me. I thought oh my goodness it's never going to work, how are we going to get it all together, paperwork and signing and communication! ...and guess what, Merritt took care of everything, and I mean everything!! My Son and I can honestly say that it was, not only effortless on our part, but one of the most pleasurable, fun, yes folks I said FUN, a word that rarely goes along with house hunting, experiences!! She truly found everything that we were looking for in Our new Home! We are very happy still to this day at where, her commitment to finding us a beautiful new place to start another chapter in our Book of Life!
